Our truffles are collected in Emilia Romagna Region. The terrain and climate of the Apennine guarantees a good supply of white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), bianchetto, black winter truffle, uncinato and also brumale. Emilia Romagna is not the only Italian region that has a good supply of this precious product; it can also be gathered in Piedmont, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Marche, Molise and in other regions.
